We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The Level experience was worth the upgrade, with shorter waiting times, delicious snacks, and a free bar from 6-7pm. The hotel is spacious and doesn't pack people in like sardines. There is more than enough space and it is one of the largest hotels we have ever stayed in. The location is great, away from the town centre but still close to Benidorm centre and the main bars. The staff were polite and attentive, always making us feel welcome. Cleanliness was great, with fresh towels provided daily. The hotel facilities were excellent, with different areas to relax in the sun or find some shade if needed. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of options available.
For us, it was ideal.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I absolutely loved it! The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area and surrounded by tropical gardens. The hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including great service and a variety of amenities. The room was spacious and had a beautiful balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. The staff was helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The staff could improve their customer service, but it was still a great experience overall.
